Everything you need to decide

A studio, not a specimen sheet.

Font pickers show you letters. Fonti shows you the product.

Real components, not lorem

Preview each font in a nav bar, a hero, a blog post, a dashboard card, a form input. That's where fonts break.

Pairing mode

Test heading + body together. Tune size, weight, tracking and leading independently for each slot.

Swahili + numerals

Verified diacritic coverage and a numeral stress-test. If it breaks at Sh 12,483.50, you'll see it first.

Light and dark canvas

Flip the preview surface without touching the app theme. See how your type reads at 2 AM.

Every state is a URL

Copy the link. Send it to your designer. They see exactly what you see — no screenshots, no drift.

Copy-ready CSS

One click gives you the full font-family, weight, size, tracking and leading — paste into your codebase.

How teams use Fonti

Three minutes from doubt to decision.

  1. 01
    Pick a starting point

Open the Studio or grab one of eight curated pairings — Modern Editorial, Tech Minimal, Corporate Trust, Data Product, and more.

  2. 02
    Stress-test it

Push the size, drop the weight, toggle Swahili, flip to dark. Compare up to four fonts side-by-side in the Sandbox.

  3. 03
    Ship the decision

Copy the CSS or share the URL. Save the pairing to your local collection so you can revisit it later.

For developers

Type decisions your engineers won't have to re-do.

  • Copy-ready CSS. Every preview outputs a complete font block — no guessing weights.
  • Google Fonts + system stacks. We only surface fonts that are actually shippable in the browser.
  • Closest-match substitutes. Want Satoshi or Axiforma? We show the closest open alternative so you can prototype today.
  • Deterministic URLs. Bookmark, share, embed in a Figma comment.
  • Local-first collection. Saved pairings live in your browser, not on a server.

Questions

Reasonable things people ask.

Is Fonti free?+

Yes. The tool is free and always will be for individual designers and small teams. We'll add optional team features later.

Do I need an account?+

No. Your saved pairings live in your browser's localStorage. Every preview is also a shareable URL.

Where do the fonts come from?+

Almost all are open-source Google Fonts. A few are system stacks (SF Pro) or closest-match substitutes for premium families (Satoshi → Manrope, Axiforma → Sora).

What does 'Swahili-verified' mean?+

We visually confirm the font renders Swahili diacritics correctly across common combinations. It's a stress-test, not a Unicode audit.

Why 'Fonti'?+

It's Swahili for 'font'. The tool is built in Dar es Salaam by Camel Creatives, and we wanted the name to reflect that.

Ready when you are

Stop scrolling font names. Try them on.

Open the Studio, pick a pairing, and share the link with your team. Two minutes.
